• Electrical damage, ECU issues or coding problems after installation

1. Contact Rayfuel before removing or returning the product.
2. Provide order number, part number and installation details.
3. Send clear photos or videos showing the product issue.
4. Provide diagnostic report or test bench result if available.
5. Wait for claim review before shipping any item back.

Some diesel injectors may require ECU coding, calibration or professional installation. Fuel system cleaning is recommended before installing replacement injectors to avoid damage caused by contamination.

Warranty claims are reviewed based on product condition, installation information, application accuracy and supporting evidence. Rayfuel may request inspection before confirming replacement, repair or other solutions.
